APA ITU KESELAMATAN

Keselamatan adalah suatu kondisi yang aman, dalam keadaan aman secara fisik, sosial, spiritual, finansial, politik, emosional, pekerjaan, psikologis atau pendidikan dan terhindar dari ancaman terhadap faktor-faktor tersebut.

WHAT IS SAFETY

Safety is a safe condition, in a condition that is safe physically, socially, spiritually, financially, politically, emotionally, work, psychologically or educationally and avoiding threats to these factors.

Eliminasi
  • - Tingkat Perlindungan Tertinggi.

  • - Gunakan barang/zat yang lebih aman.
  • - Gunakan bahan kimia yang sama tetapi dalam bentuk yang berbeda seiring dengan mengecilnya ukuran partikel suatu zat, dan tingkat bahaya meningkat.

Elimination

Substitution
  • - Use safer items/substance.
  • - Use same chemical but in a different form as particle size of a substance decreases, Hazard level increase.

SEGITIGA KECELAKAAN HEINRICH

Segitiga Kecelakaan Heinrich juga dikenal sebagai Segitiga Burung atau Segitiga Kecelakaan. Ini menunjukkan hubungan antara kecelakaan serius dan kecil serta nyaris celaka.
Teori ini menyatakan bahwa jika jumlah kecelakaan kecil berkurang, maka jumlah kecelakaan berat juga akan berkurang secara proporsional.

HEINRICH'S ACCIDENT TRIANGLE

Heinrich's Accident Triangle is also known as Bird's Triangle or Accident Triangle. It shows the relationship between serious and minor accidents and also near misses.
This theory proposes that If the number of minor accidents get reduced, then the number of severe accidents will also get reduced proportionately.

  • Pelatihan keselamatan wajib bagi seluruh karyawan untuk memahami pekerjaan yang aman di tempat kerja atau lokasi kerja.
  • Praktik keselamatan Karyawan untuk Event berbeda dengan praktik keselamatan untuk Minyak dan Gas Bumi atau Bahan Kimia Industri.
  • Diagram Alir Peristiwa Keselamatan sebagai berikut;.

  • - Rekayasa Keselamatan selama Tahap Desain yang meninjau dokumen yang diusulkan oleh Vendor.
  • - Menghasilkan Dokumen Evaluasi Penilaian Risiko dan memberikan kepada Penyelenggara Acara/Klien dan Vendor sebagai Pemandunya.
  • - Inspeksi dan Pengawasan pada saat Instalasi Vendor.
  • - Pengawasan dan Pendampingan pada saat Live Event.
  • - Pengawasan dan Bantuan selama pekerjaan un-instalasi oleh Vendor.
  • - Menghasilkan Laporan “LAPORAN KESELAMATAN”.
