CUSTOM ORDER (PESANAN KHUSUS)

LANGKAH 1 ( PILIH PRODUK )
  1. Catatkan Data-data yang diperlukan seperti list di CUSTOM ORDER.
LANGKAH 2 ( TINJAUAN )
  1. - Klik (Send Enquiry Via Email) di header jika mau mengirimkan via email.
  2. - Klik (Send Enquiry Via WhatsApp) di sebelah bawah kiri page jika mau mengirimkan via WhatsApp.
  3. - Lampirkan dokumen yang diperlukan seperti list.
  4. - Tuliskan Tanggal dan Waktu Memuat/pasang.
  5. - Tuliskan Tanggal dan Waktu Bongkar.
  6. - Klik Kirim Email or WhatsApp
  7. - Team 4K Entertainment akan meninjau dan hubungi Client jika ada klarifikasi atau informasi tambahan.
  8. - Team 4K Entertainment akan mengirimkan Usulan ke Client untuk konformasi.
LANGKAH 3 ( KONFORMASI )
  1. - Setelah mendapat konformasi dari Client, Team 4K Entertainment akan menyiapkan usulan terakhir.
  2. - Team 4K Entertainment akan kirim usulan terakhir dan invoice via Email atau WhatsApp.
LANGKAH 4 ( PEMBAYARAN )
  1. - Team 4K Entertainment akan menunggu Pembayaran DP sebesar 30% dari nilai invoice.
  2. - Apabila Team 4K Entertainment menerima DP maka pesanannya diproses dan kunci jadual.
LANGKAH 5 ( PENGIRIMAN )
  1. - Team 4K Entertainment akan test semua peralatan sebelum dikirim supaya kondisi prima.
  2. - Client Perlu mengirimkan data (Nama User, No. Tel, Nama Acara dan Alamat Pengiriman.
  3. - Team 4K Entertainment akan memasang semua peralatan sesuai dengan Konfirmasi Pesanan.
  4. - Selesai serah terima, Client perlu melunasi sisa invoice.
LANGKAH 6 ( PENJEMPUTAN )
  1. - Team 4K Entertainment akan menjemput sesuai dengan urutan jadual seperti konformasi memesan.
  2. - Selesai.

  1. Write down the required data as listed in CUSTOM ORDER.
STEP 2 ( REVIEW )
  1. - Click (Send Enquiry Via Email) in the header if you want to send via email.
  2. - Click (Send Enquiry Via WhatsApp) at bottom left of page if you want to send via WhatsApp.
  3. - Attach the required documents such as a list.
  4. - Write down the date and time of loading/installation.
  5. - Write down the Unloading Date and Time.
  6. - Click Send Email or WhatsApp.
  7. - The 4K Entertainment Team will review and contact the Client if there is clarification or additional information.
  8. - The 4K Entertainment Team will send a Proposal to the client for confirmation.
STEP 3 ( CONFIRMATION )
  1. - After receiving confirmation from the Client, the 4K Entertainment Team will prepare a Final Proposal.
  2. - The 4K Entertainment Team will send the Final Proposal and Invoice via Email or WhatsApp.
STEP 4 ( PAYMENT )
  1. - The 4K Entertainment Team will wait for a down payment of 30% of the invoice value.
  2. - If the 4K Entertainment Team receives the DP then the order is processed and the schedule is locked.
STEP 5 ( DELIVERY )
  1. - The 4K Entertainment Team will test all equipment before sending it so that it is in prime condition.
  2. - Client Needs to send data (User Name, Tel No., Event Name and Delivery Address.
  3. - Team 4K Entertainment will install all equipment according to the Order Confirmation.
  4. - After handover, the Client needs to pay off the remaining invoice.
STEP 6 ( PICK-UP )
  1. - The 4K Entertainment Team will pick-up according to the schedule as per the ordering confirmation.
  2. - End.

  1. - Klik (Send Enquiry Via Email) di header jika mau mengirimkan via email.
  2. - Klik (Send Enquiry Via WhatsApp) di sebelah bawah kiri page jika mau mengirimkan via WhatsApp.
  3. - Tuliskan Peralataan yang telah dipilih.
  4. - Tuliskan Tanggal dan Waktu Memuat/pasang.
  5. - Tuliskan Tanggal dan Waktu Bongkar.
  6. - Klik Kirim Email or WhatsApp

  2. - Team 4K Entertainment akan tes Peralataan dan sesuai dengan surat jalan sebelum diambil.
  3. - Selesai.

  3. - Write down the Equipments you have selected.
